the breakfast was amazing!!! veronica and ioana are very friendly. the hotel also provides the best sleepers. the rooftop area with food is great.
the hotel is a beautiful hotel, but i heard a banging sound from 10pm-1am. it was my last night, so i wanted to sleep. i called the front desk, but they couldn't locate the banging sound even though i told them it was directly above me.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location. it allowed convenient access to many attractions. the breakfast each morning was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the staff's readiness to assist with any request.
the bathroom size in my room was somewhat limited. this made maneuvering a bit tight.

a Few ISSUES dimmed the stay
loud banging difficult sleeping
The hotel was fancy. there were a couple of problems i noticed. There was loud banging noise coming from the room above mine late at NIGHT. I contacted the front desk, they said they could not find the source, it made sleeping difficult. it really WASN'T the best ending to my vacation in europe.
